What Is Swing Trading????

Nowadays swing trading is becoming very popular among the new traders coming into the Stock Market. Swing trading is a bit safe as compared to day trading or Intraday Trading. Swing Trading can range from days to weeks or months. For swing trading, the trader goes with the trends in the market. The traders try to find good entry and sell points to take the trades. If the traders get the profits within a day they sell off these shares and book their profits. If the trader has some good knowledge about trading and knows the perfect indicators then they can book some smart profits by swing trading.  For swing trading, the trader needs to have perfect knowledge about the trends going on in the stock market. As the trader needs to hold the shares from days to months.

Swing trading is successful in a moving market, it is not successful in a sideways running market. If the market is in an uptrend and the trader thinks that the market will continue the trend then the trader takes a buy call and holds the shares until he books some good profits. There are a lot of momentum indicators that can be used for swing trades. 

But there are also some disadvantages of Swing Trading as the traders hold the shares they have to wait for some time & accept the risk of the close market.

Never take trades without having proper knowledge about the stock market as there is a lot of risks involved in trading. Always try to trade in the direction of the market. 

Always observe the market closely and then make a decision whether it is a good day to trade or not.
